We program to specifics: A creative client is asking for an open studio that facilitates teamwork and innovation; a legal client is looking for an interior that allows for quiet privacy; a hedge fund is expanding its trading floor but wants to remain in the space during construction. Taking a holistic approach, we view aesthetics and requirements through the lens of budget and schedule in our early meetings with clients. Because we plan systematically in the beginning, contractor fees are usually close to our projections and we can more easily convert ideas into action.
