As part of this process, we gather comparables, conduct site analyses — including view corridors and zoning — and provide net, gross and product-mix data based on an efficient use of space and systems. In cases of stalled projects, we can help restart the process by providing peer review in the design, production or construction phases. We also offer strategic redesign; overseeing coordination of all trades enabling the product to be brought to market.
