Working with top design firm Smith-Miller + Hawkinson Architects, we served as the executive architect on this AIA Design award winning project. A seven-story, 205,000-square-foot building, The Dillon located on West 53rd Street in Manhattan, contains townhouses, duplexes, luxury condominiums and a two-story garage. The building’s uneven façade is intended to broaden views down either side of the street.
