As part of the bid for the 2012 Olympics, we competed for the Master Planning for the Olympic Village. This master planning included housing for 11,000 athletes as well as major Olympic open spaces for practice. This design was also prepared so that developers would build this village, rent it to the Olympics and ultimately return to the market. The challenge for this was to make the project attractive to multiple developers at the same time.
