This non-profit legal firm asked us to provide complete architectural design services for its new 20,000-square-foot space in lower Manhattan. Working with both the landlord and the tenant we were able to incorporate and customize the building standard design to achieve an efficient and productive work space at a minimum cost to the tenant. In addition we supervised as project manager and provided furniture and fixture selection. Construction was completed in fourteen weeks and cost $76 per sq. ft.
