Givaudan NYC
This Manhattan marketing and fragrance testing center was completed for Givaudan in 2007. The 75,000-square-foot project includes new corporate offices, conference areas and fragrance testing laboratories.
The team was on site multiple times a week during the construction administration phase. During the construction documents phase, designers identified long-lead items and pre-purchased those items, a strategy that avoided delays later in the project.
