At this 600,000 square-foot, 13-story development in Hoboken, New Jersey, the team’s aim was to create a multi-faceted residential space that would cater to different kinds of tenants, without sacrificing parking or violating zoning regulations. To accomplish this objective, we designed 590 residential units, ranging from artists’ studios and lofts to luxury condos and apartments, along with a 600-car garage.
