As part of the building upgrades, we reorganized the lobby and adjacent mail room, added a bicycle room, redesigned the building entrance-way and added a new marquee.  In addition, we relaid out all the units on an apartment by apartment basis within the existing demising walls.  Reconfigured oversized studio apartments into 2 bedroom apartments.  Modified the majority of inefficient duplex units into simplex units and adding over 10% more units.
