This is a new construction, eight-story residential building in Jamaica, Queens with a total of 99,344 SF.  It will house a total of 100 units with a mix of market rate, affordable, and AIRS (senior) units.  All of the units will be equipped with their own washer and dryer.  Each unit will be cooled and heated with a VRF system which allows each tenant to control their own temperature.  There will be on-site parking at the cellar with retail and amenities on the ground floor.  Amenities are open to all residents and includes a lounge, gym, yoga studio, business center, courtyard terrace, and a large furnished rooftop terrace with a firepit and grill area.
