The Silver Star, a new 10-story luxury residential building in LIC has launched leasing on its 85-units
A new Long Island City rental building at the intersection of 36th Street and Northern Boulevard has launched leasing on its 85 units. Developed by Silver Star Motors, the building will have a mix of studios, one, two, and three-bedroom homes with prices starting from $2,031 per month.
At present, seven apartments are listed as available on the building’s website. Those apartments range from the above-mentioned studio, and go up to $3,646 per month for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit.
The leasing launch is accompanied by images of a new model home at the development. Typical apartments here will have nearly floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak flooring, and a set of stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher.
Amenities in the building include a laundry room, a furnished roof deck, a fitness center, an outdoor entertainment area, a residents lounge, on-site parking, a bike room, and a video intercom system.
The base of the building will have a two-floor Mercedes-Benz dealership. The 10-story building, known as Silver Star, was designed by Montroy DeMarco Architecture, and it should ready to welcome its first set of residents by the end of the month. Silver Star is just one of many new developments in Long Island City that are bringing thousands of apartments to the neighborhood. MNS is handling leasing on the project.
