We served as the master plan residential architect for Morgan Stanley and Tishman Speyer’s Hudson Yards proposal.  Located between West 30th and 33rd Streets above the MTA railyards, the development’s buildings feature a series of cantilevers that drape over the Highline. Designed in collaboration with Helmet Jahn, the towers offer views of the Hudson River and contain a mix of apartments and condominiums.  

Along with 2.4-million square feet in residential space and 6.2-million square feet in office and retail space, the extensive master plan includes a school, a cultural center and an open public area.
