In collaboration with Smith-Miller + Hawkinson Architects, we developed a conceptual study for the expansion and addition to St. Luke in the Field in Greenwich Village. The proposal included the redevelopment and expansion of the historic church, a new extension for the school along the northwest corner with an 11-story residential building and a new 9-story residential building along the southwest corner of the property. The plan would preserve all historic structures and maintain the current amount of public open space.
